JBF Team Member Guidelines:

General:

• Please arrive 10 minutes early for your shift for training.
• Team Members help with greeting, checking out customers, straightening clothes on the racks, and organizing items.
• For the safety of your children, they are not allowed to accompany you to your time at JBF.

What to Bring & Wear:

• JBF provides some snacks, but please bring any food or drink that you might need during your shift.
• Wear comfortable shoes and clothing.

Presale Passes:

• Team Members who consign will receive their Presale Pass at Consignor Drop Off. Please pick them up at the Volunteer Desk.
• If you are not consigning your name will be on a list at the Presale entrance.
• Presale Passes are only for those helping at the Sale. Family & friends must earn their own pass to attend the Presale. They can donate their hours to you! (Please bring a guest to the 1/2 Price Party on Saturday!)
• Team Members are invited to shop our Team Member Half Price Party from 5:00-8:00pm on Saturday! Bring a guest along for first-dibs on half-off items, door prizes & surprises!

Parking:

• The Expo Center charges parking. JBF will pay your parking fee for you during your shifts only. Sorry, you are on your own for your shopping times.
• You can pick up a JBF-funded parking pass during consignor drop off.

High Quanitity/Power Consignors:

• Consignors who bring 700 items or more are STRONGLY encouraged to volunteer at least 4 hours during Sort.
• Consignors who bring more than 300 items are encouraged to volunteer during inspection or sort.
